TOUR GUIDE FEES
Our tour prices are based off of the size of the group, location of the tour and the length of the tour. Contact us to negotiate a quote that will work for you and/or group.
We are happy to arrange a custom tour itinerary based off of your interests! These tours can be an in-depth tour of a specific battle site, or a combination of sites. Let us know what you need and we will do the legwork for you. Please note that the minimum length of a custom tour is four hours.
We will suggest to you an ideal length of time depending on the battlefield/topic you are interested in visiting. Please make your tour reservation as early as possible to assure availability of a guide. If there is no availability we will do our best to accommodate your tour request by referral. Upon your agreement with us, we will begin by sending you a tour itinerary laying out the tour route for your group. We can also consult on places for lodging and dining. Our local experience makes us the best choice to assist you in your trip. We will make sure your experience on and off the battlefield is fun and enjoyable!
TOUR RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The balance of the tour fee is due at the time of the tour. If you need to cancel your tour this must be done via electronic communication and received by Civil War Excursion Tours, LLC no less than 21 days prior to your tour date. All cancellations need to be requested in writing via email. It is the responsibility of the requesting group to ensure Civil War Excursion Tours, LLC has received your electronic communication. If for any reason Civil War Excursion Tours, LLC must cancel the tour, you will be refunded 100% of the tour fee and every effort will be made to reschedule your tour.
